The short version. GoGo does not show ads, does not track you, and does not require an account. Your matches, history, players and settings are stored on your device. Data only leaves your device when you choose to use an optional connected feature (a shared live link, multi-phone co-scoring, in-app feedback, or a Pro subscription) — and even then it is never linked to your real-world identity and is never used for advertising or tracking.

GoGo is developed by Giant VFX Ltd. This policy explains what information the app handles, when, and why. It applies to the GoGo iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps and their widgets and Live Activities.
By default everything you create in GoGo stays on your device using Apple's on-device storage: scores and timers, match history, player and team names, avatars, tournament brackets, statistics, themes and preferences. We do not receive a copy of this data. It is removed when you delete the app. If your device has iCloud Backup enabled, Apple may include the app's data in your encrypted device backup under your own iCloud account (we have no access to it).
The following features are off until you start them. Each one is the only reason data leaves your device:
| Feature | What is shared | Where / who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Pro subscription | Your purchase / subscription status and an anonymous app-user identifier. | Processed by Apple (App Store) and managed by RevenueCat, our subscription provider. We never see your payment details. |
| Live Share link / streaming overlay | The current scoreboard you entered (team/player names and scores) and an anonymous identifier, while the share is on. | Published to a Google Firebase database and viewable by anyone who has the room code/link you share. Stops when you end the share; rooms auto-expire shortly after. |
| CoScore (multi-phone co-scoring) | The match data and a display name you choose, plus an anonymous identifier, during the session. | Shared via Firebase (over the internet) or your local network so other phones in the same session can keep score together. |
| In-app feedback | The message text you write and an anonymous identifier. | Sent to Firebase so the developer can read and act on it. |
| iPad display pairing | The live scoreboard, sent peer-to-peer. | Stays on your local network between your own devices; not sent to us. |
None of the above is linked to your name, email or account (there is no account), and none of it is used for advertising or cross-app/cross-site tracking.
GoGo relies on a small number of well-known providers, each only for the feature noted above:
GoGo is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It contains no behavioural advertising and collects no data designed to identify or profile children.
If we make material changes we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
