Do I need an account to use GoGo?

No. GoGo works fully on a fresh install with no sign-in. Your data is stored on your device.

What's free, and what does GoGo Pro unlock?

Free includes ad-free scoring for every sport and game-night preset, timers, themed boards, match history, widgets and Live Activities, up to 3 teams, and up to 20 finished sports matches per month. GoGo Pro unlocks 8 teams, unlimited matches, tournaments & brackets, the Apple Watch companion, AirPlay & iPad display, the live share link & OBS overlay, multi-phone co-scoring hosting, player statistics, and PDF/CSV export. Pro is £1.99/month or £9.99/year with a 14-day free trial.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose GoGo, and you can change or cancel there. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the current period.

I subscribed but Pro isn't unlocked / I switched phones.

Open GoGo's paywall and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still doesn't restore, email us.

How do connected features (Live Share, CoScore, iPad display, Watch) work?

These need a second device. The live share link and OBS overlay publish your scoreboard to a web link you control; CoScore lets several phones score one match together; iPad display and the Apple Watch mirror or control a live match. They're all optional and the rest of the app works without them.
